We’ve had Craft Fair’s for Artists, Flea Markets for Thrifting, and CCG’s for Cards, but now its time to add a new subject into the mix. The Cosplay Meet and Greet! The Cosplay M&G is for any cosplayer new to the scene or a veteran to see fans, make new friends & fans, and sell prints/merch for free.

Guest Announcement: Aaron Dismuke
Aaron Dismuke is an American voice actor, adaptive writer and director who works primarily with Funimation Entertainment. He got his start voice acting at age 9, as Hiro Sohma in Fruits Basket, moving on to voice Alphonse Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist by age 12. Since then, he’s voiced various roles including Leonardo Watch in Blood Blockade Battlefront, Van Fanel in Escaflowne (2016 version), Oscar in RWBY, Reinhard in Legend of the Galactic Heroes, Yo Takami in Deadman Wonderland, Twelve in Terror in Residence, Arslan in The Heroic Legend of Arslan, and Lucifer in Devil is a Part Timer. He worked as assistant director for Ninja Slayer and Fairy Tail, and director for Shomin Sample and Nanbaka. He’s part of the ADR writing teams that adapted scripts for Fairy Tail, Nanbaka, Tokyo Ghoul, and Full Metal Panic! Invisible Victory.

Guest Announcement: Kristen McGuire
Kristen McGuire is a professional voice actor, ADR director, and script adapter for Funimation. When it comes to voice work, Kristen has worked on over 150 different titles, but she is most well known for her roles as Tatami Nakagame in My Hero Academia, Milim Nava in That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, Loop Nishigori in Yuri!! On ICE, Senko in The Helpful Fox Senko-san, Young Nora in RWBY, Hinano Kurahashi in Assassination Classroom, An Onoya in ReLIFE, Tama in Magical Girl Raising Project, and Rin Toyama in New Game. She has also provided voices for several video games, including Chibi Arachne in Smite, Several voices in 88 Heroes, Female Marine in Xeno Crisis, and Miima in Dizzy Hearts.
As a scriptwriter, she has adapted several titles for English including but not limited to Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card, Love Live! Sunshine!, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, High School DxD Hero, The Helpful Fox Senko-san, and Magical Girl Raising Project. As an ADR director, she has directed shows such as Citrus and Gamers!, and served as an assistant director on both elDLIVE and Tsukigakirei.
Currently she works as a full-time script adapter for Funimation and likes to create her own comics in her spare time.

Guest Announcement: Knight of the Round
Based out of the Chicagoland area, Knight of the Round are unlike most Video Game Music bands you may have heard. Having released 6 albums since 2012, KOTR has been turning heads all over the United States at events such as PAX, MAGFest, and Too Many Games, as well as touring with Swedish SID-metal legends Machinae Supremacy. Their arrangements pay homage to the memorable Final Fantasy soundtracks while bringing an assault of two crushing guitars, grinding bass, and hard-hitting technical drumming. Spanning over a wide variety of the metal genres from classic thrash, to modern progressive metal, the instrumental four piece delivers many iconic themes from Final Fantasy like you’ve never heard before.

Guest Announcement: Ben Diskin
Ben is one of the most in-demand young voice actors today, appearing in high profile games, animation, and anime. He has voiced Hahn in Avatar: The Last Airbender, Sai in Naruto Shippuden, Knuckle Bine in Hunter X Hunter, and Eddie Brock/Venom in The Spectacular Spider-Man. He also voiced the Disney character Stitch in the English version of the anime series Stitch! as well the Chinese animated series Stitch & Ai. Fans can now hear him voice Boris in Rocky & Bullwinkle and his Emmy Award winning role as Gonzo in Muppet Babies.

Guest Announcement: The Shake Ups
The Shake Ups are an award-winning, Midwestern-based power-pop band that plays songs about animation and pop culture! For more than a decade, The Shake Ups have been wowing audiences across the U.S. with their combination of hook-laden tunes, colorful cosplays and multimedia presentation.
The band has released several collections of critically lauded original music tributes to animated series recent and vintage (Voltron Legendary Defender, Steven Universe, Scooby Doo) and perform a variety of cartoon themes (Teen Titans, Sailor Moon, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Powerpuff Girls, etc.).
Nuvo’s annual reader’s poll awarded The Shake Ups the title of ‘Best Pop Band’ for three consecutive years. The Shake Ups most recently won the ‘Best Original Song’ category at New Jersey Webfest in 2022.

She has also lent her voice in a few games, such as: Celeste Luvendass from Huniepop, Lailani from HunieCam Studio/Huniepop 2, and Maria from Umineko.
